Do I need 3 Years Accounts?

No, we don’t need 3 years accounts,

In fact we don’t need any accounts if the self certification option is chosen. However the more accounting information we have from you the better the interest rate we can achieve.  

For example

• 1 years accounts supplied - rates from 2% over LIBOR

• Self certification option    - rates from 3% over LIBOR

 

The above examples are an indication only, and are dependant on accounting information supplied, status of applicant and LTV.
